DASH Services offers a range of online courses for Landlords to complete in order to further and maintain their professional development.

This is an interactive course which consists of 4 modules: 

• Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards 

• Private Rental Sector Licensing

• Fire Safety in the Private Rental Sector Single Household

• Right to Rent

The course is completed either as a standalone course, or as part of the DASH Landlord Accreditation renewal process.

At the end of each module Landlords are asked to complete a series of question relating to the topic.

Once the course has been completed and verified, Landlords are able to download a continual professional development certificate.
